KIEV, Sept. 30 – The state is mulling the possibility of creating a venture capital fund to support projects in the IT area, Vladyslav Kaskiv, the head of the State Agency for Investment and Agency Projects, said in Kiev at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the opening of BIONIC University.

He said that the share of the state in the fund would not exceed 20%. At present, the creation of the fund is being actively discussed with private business.
