KIEV, Nov. 15 ??“ Five European banks have made final bids for a 51% stake in UkrSibbank, Ukraine??™s fifth biggest bank, in a private tender likely to fetch up to $350 mln, the Financial Times reported Tuesday.

France's Société Générale, Austria's Erste Bank, Hungary's OTP, Italy's Banca Intesa and Commerzbank of Germany were up against each other to acquire the stake, the newspaper reported citing banking sources.
