KIEV, Sept. 27 – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a working project on the modernization and repair of the 3,616.80-3,626.62 kilometer section of the Urengoi-Pomary-Uzhgorod gas pipeline.

The project foresees the construction of a new7.2 kilometer pipeline with a diameter of 1,420-millimeters. The total estimated cost will amount to UAH 187.1 million.

National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy will finance the project using own funds.
