NEW YORK, Sept. 25 – President Viktor Yanukovych has expressed the hope that the construction of a floating liquefied natural gas terminal (LNG terminal) will begin in Ukraine in the middle of 2014.
"Together with our American partners – Excelerate Energy and others, we will launch the first phase of the LNG terminal project in the middle of next year, which will allow Ukraine to raise the natural gas sales by up to five billion cubic meters (a year)," Yanukovych said during his speech at the Global Investment Symposium at the Harvard club of New York on Wednesday.
