KIEV, Sept. 25 - President Viktor Yanukovych has said he is confident that the realization of Ukraine's European aspirations will benefit relations with Russia and promote dialog with the Customs Union.

"Our relations with the EU will benefit the Customs Union. Ukraine is a bridge between Russia and the EU and it's very important to make sure the bridge is strong and reliable. A dialog between Ukraine, Russia and the EU on trade issues is possible in the near future," he said in an interview with Bloomberg.
