KIEV, Sept. 18 – The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry plans to borrow UAH 1.5 billion from state bank Oschadbank to complete the first phase of Dnistrovska hydroelectric pumped storage power plant, reads a report of the ministry in the Visnyk Derzhavnykh Zakupivel bulletin.

The report says that the funds will be raised for 10 years via a one-bidder procedure.

The cost of funds will be UAH 711.85 million (value added tax not included). The funds are secured by the government.
