KIEV, Sept. 16 - Trade wars between Ukraine and Russia are impossible, Ukraine Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"Ukrainian-Russian trade wars are in principle impossible," the official said on the Shuster Live talk show on Friday.

He emphasized that the emotional statements of some Russian politicians are not confirmed by practical actions.

"We believe that these are emotional statements, they are not supported by concrete actions. And what practical actions are – they are the suspension of certain agreements on mutual trade, and none of them has been suspended so far, and we hope that this will not happen," Azarov said.
