KIEV, Sept. 10 - Helios Netherlands B.V. and Appollon B.V. (both based in the Netherlands) are intending to buy 100% stakes in Bolhrad Solar, Neptune Solar and Delta Solar, which exploit solar power plants in Odessa and Mykolaiv regions and in Crimea.

The relevant official reports were published in the Bulleting of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market newspaper.

Helios Netherlands B.V. intends to acquire Bolhrad Solar, and Appollon B.V. - Neptune Solar and Delta Solar.
