KIEV, Sept. 9 – Dutch HoST B.V. and Stork Technical Services by the end of 2013 will draw up a feasibility study for the introduction of biofuel water heating boilers and cogeneration plants at some boilers of public joint-stock company Kyivenergo, Kyivenergo reported.
The company said that the NL Agency of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs would provide a grant of the designing of the study.
"In the feasibility study the possibility and feasibility of building 10-50 MW water heating boilers and cogeneration plants with electrical power of 5-20 MW will be analyzed. Alternative renewable fuel – straw and wood chips – are considered as fuel," Kyivenergo said.
