KIEV, Sept. 6 – The cost of measures to develop the transport and street-road network in Kiev over the next five years amounts to UAH 38.909 billion, or UAH 7.782 billion every year.

This data is stipulated in updated text and graphics from the draft general plan on the development of the capital and its suburbs until 2025, which Kiev General Plan Institute municipal organization has posted on its Web site.
