KIEV, Nov. 11 ??“ Ukrainian premier Yuriy Yekhanurov has instructed National Communications Regulatory Commission (NCRC), Transport and Communications and Finance Ministries to draft proposals on radio frequencies' conversion in Ukraine.

The instruction was given after the meeting, dedicated to introducing new radio technologies in Ukraine and usage of radio frequencies in Ukraine, the Cabinet's press service has reported.
