KIEV, Aug. 30 - Ukraine will work with the United States to improve its energy security by developing shale gas and natural gas deposits in the country, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said Friday.

Azarov met Geoffrey Pyatt, the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, to discuss the energy sector cooperation and to allay concerns after projects with Chevron and ExxonMobil had been recently delayed.
