KIEV, Aug. 29 – The progress on privatizing banks that were bailed out by the state's anti-crisis program depends on the state of the market, Tetiana Sysoyeva, director of the financial policy department at the Finance Ministry.
"The project is a very complicated one [the sale of government-controlled banks] even in the most favorable conditions, and today the conditions are far from being favorable… Experts say that favorable conditions could form no earlier than in three years," she said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
