MOSCOW, Aug. 27 - The return of the confectionery product of the Ukrainian company Roshen to the Russian market could take quite a long time, the head of Russia's Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Oversight Service (Rosselkhoznadzor) and Russia's senior state sanitary doctor, Gennady Onishchenko, has told Interfax.
"Last week we received no kind of proposal from Ukraine in the context of the realization of our agreement, concerning a mechanism for the return of the product. Yesterday, Ukraine submitted to me a multi-page folio in the English language that had nothing to do with the format of the agreement," Onishchenko said.
