KIEV, Aug. 22 – The government of Ukraine continues preparing to create a joint venture with Russia for the production of an upgraded version of the An-124-100 Ruslan heavy transport aircraft.
The government approved the composition of the Ukrainian delegation at talks with Russia on the preparation of a draft agreement between the governments of the two states on the implementation and state support for the resumption of mass production of the An-124 aircraft equipped with D-18T engines and their modifications, according a statement posted on the Web site of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers.
The Ukrainian delegation will be lead by Industrial Policy Minister Mykhailo Korolenko. The delegation will include representatives of the Industrial Policy Ministry, the State Agency for Corporate Rights and Property, the Foreign Ministry, the Cabinet of Ministers, Motor Sich, and Antonov State Enterprise.
