KIEV, Aug. 22 – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved plans to privatize Simferopol combined heat power plant, Kamysh-Burunska combined heat power plant and Saksky steam-gas power plant, which are part of Crimea Generating Systems (Simferopol, Crimea), State Property Fund chairman Oleksandr Riabchenko said.
"The decision was made. The state stake in Crimea Generating Systems of 37% will be sold in one lot at an auction. 0.3% of shares are the subscription of employees, 62.7% of shares are a stake of the leaser, and after the privatization the state stake will narrow to a zero," he said.
