KIEV, Aug. 19 – TekhNova LLC (Kiev) and PJSC Energoinvest Holding (Donetsk) will participate in a tender for the privatization of a 60.773% stake in power generating company PJSC Donbasenergo scheduled for August 21, the State Property Fund announced.
The owner of a 92% stake in Energoinvest Holding is Energoinvest Holding B.V. (the Netherlands), previously the company was owned by Krasnolymanske LLC (Krasnoarmiysk, Donetsk region). Energoinvest Holding with a charter capital of UAH 150 million was registered on June 20, 2013.
As of mid-2012, the co-owners of Krasnolymanske LLC were MP (the Party of Regions) Ihor Humeniuk (17.5%), Serhiy Kuziara (13.5%), Vasyl Mykulyn (12.76%), Iryna Fridman (12.26%), as well as Donetsk-based Investment and Development LLC (25%), in which Humeniuk owns a 25% stake. In June 2013, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed an individual to gain control over Krasnolymanske LLC.
