KIEV, Aug. 13 – First Ukrainian International Bank, which is under the control of Rinat Akhmetov's SCM, and the Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation (ISD, both based in Donetsk) have started talks on restructuring credits issued by the bank to the ISD group.

"All the court proceedings and actions initiated by FUIB against ISD Group, including [Dzerzhynsky] Dniprovsky Metallurgical Plant and Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works (as guarantor), have been terminated," reads a report of the bank issued on Tuesday.
