KIEV, Aug. 12 - Ukraine's State Border Service is involved in the search for former of the National University of the State Tax Service Rector Petro Melnyk, who escaped house arrest.

"We were informed [about Melnyk's house arrest] and are involved within our competence in the search for this citizen," the service's press office told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.
