MOSCOW, Nov. 9 - Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council Secretary Anatoliy Kinakh has said that Moscow and Kiev should take into account their bilateral relations while joining international organizations.

Kinakh's nomination to be secretary of the Russian-Ukrainian Inter-State Commission for Cooperation was confirmed by the Ukrainian president over the weekend.
