"The gas transportation system is our national property, and there may be no talk of changing its ownership - this is banned by the law," he said, according to Interfax-Ukraine, commenting on the possible resumption of talks between Ukraine and oil giant Shell on the privatization of the Ukrainian gas transportation system.
