KIEV, Aug. 5 – The vehicle recycling tax will cause an increase in auto prices, reduction of import volumes and, consequently, a possible shortage of some models from September 1, says AIS Group, one of the leading operators on the automotive market of Ukraine.

"In connection with the president's signing of the law on a vehicle recycling tax and amendments to the Tax Code, AIS forecasts a rise in car prices, the reduction of car imports and, consequently, a possible shortage of the most popular models," the Group said.
