KIEV, Aug. 1 - The State Property Fund in Kiev region has announced a tender to lease 2,268 square meters of space in Terminal D of Boryspil International Airport (Kiev) to place restaurants, cafes and duty-free shops, the fund reported in Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii newspaper.

The report says that the largest rental period for all the premises is two years and 11 months.

The fund announced a tender to place duty free stores in nine premises of gross are of 1,425 square meters on the third floor of Terminal D and in two premises of 53.7 square meters and 36.9 square meters respectively on the fourth floor of the terminal. The independent appraised value of the property is UAH 77.936 million, the rent rate is 18%, and the rent rate to be paid at once is UAH 1.169 million (value added tax not included).
