POLTAVA, July 31 - Kriukov Car Building Works (KCBW) has proposed starting the exploitation of high-speed interregional electric trains built by the plant with a delay in payment, KCBW Board Chairman and Director Yevhen Khvorost told reporters on Tuesday.

He said that the corresponding proposals were sent to the Infrastructure Ministry, although the company has not received a response.
