KIEV, Nov. 8 - Oil supplies to Ukrainian refineries will probably drop by up to 20% on the year in 2005 as at least two big oil refineries stay idle due to modernization, an official said Tuesday.
Oleksandr Todiychuk, the head of UkrTransNafta, the state-owned oil transportation monopoly, also said the transit of Russian oil via Ukrainian oil pipelines to overseas markets will probably be unchanged on the year in 2005.
