KIEV, July 22 – Standard & Poor's in its Capital IQ quarterly survey for May-June has placed Ukraine seventh in the ranking of the riskiest countries in the world, whereas in the previous study the country ranked sixth (the lower position in the rating assumes a lower probability of default relative to the other countries analyzed).
According to the study, the text of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine, the overall probability of Ukraine's default in the next five years has increased to 44.25% from 34.8%.
