KIEV, July 17 - Ukrtransgaz as part of preparations for the 2013/2014 heating season plans to spend UAH 888 million, 66% (UAH 400 million) more than last year, the gas transportation system operator said.

It is planned to conduct repair work on trunk gas pipelines, compressor stations, gas distribution stations, gas storage and other facilities.

The company intends to perform the in-line inspection of 505 km of pipelines, repair 55 km of trunk gas pipelines, 118 gas distribution stations and 27 gas pumping units.
