KIEV, July 17 - The Ukrainian government will soon consider a bill on additional payments during the purchase by Ukrainian citizens of domestic cars, Deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boyko said.

"We're working out a bill: we'll pay extra money so that people can buy domestic [cars]. We'll soon send it to the government and the parliament," he said live on Channel 5 on Tuesday evening.
