KIEV, July 16 – The United States was the No. 1 importer of Ukrainian small arms in 2012, as in 2011, the State Service on Export Control reported.

According to a report on exports by Ukraine of certain types of weapons in 2012 that was released by the service on Tuesday, the United States bought 90,000 rifles and carbines from Ukraine in 2012.
