KIEV, July 12 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has downgraded its forecast for sunflower oil production in Ukraine in the 2013/2014 agricultural year (September – August) by 80,000 tons compared to its June's assessment, to 4.119 million tons, reads a posting on the USDA Web site.
The report says that the forecast for sunflower oil exports retained unchanged at 3.6 million tons.
The forecast for production and exports of sunflower oil in Ukraine for the current season did not change: 3.794 million tons and 3.4 million tons respectively.
