KIEV, July 9 – KONTI Group, one of the largest confectionary producers in Ukraine, has been put up for sale, reads a posting on the Forbes-Ukraine portal.

The publication says, referring to the information from the Mergermarket portal, the owners of the company plan to earn $1 billion from the sale of KONTI Group.

According to the Forbes-Ukraine, the first round of the formation of offers of potential buyers will be held in September 2013.
