KIEV, Nov. 7 - Mittal Steel, the world??™s largest steel producer , plans to deeply overhaul the Kryvorizhstal steel mill in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, which it bought at a government tender for $4.8 bln.

Reconstruction is aimed at increasing output, introducing advanced know-how, widening the products line and cutting spending, the steel mill said in an announcement carried by Interfax-Ukraine.
