KIEV, July 9 – The Economic Court in Kiev has closed a criminal case on the privatization of Kryvorizhstal (now the public joint-stock company ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region), opened eight years ago under a claim of the Investment-Metallurgical Union consortium, due to the non-appearance of the claimant in court.

A representative of the consortium failed to appear at three hearings in a row, a participant of the hearing told Interfax-Ukraine.
