KIEV, July 8 – Parliament has adopted a bill on social television and radio broadcasting that is needed for Ukraine to sign an Association Agreement with the EU.
A total of 353 MPs of the 410 registered for voting supported the bill in the first reading.
"To ensure gradual and logical establishment of the social television and radio broadcasting in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers creates a State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine. The company is a legal entity of the public law," reads the bill.
