KIEV, July 5 - Consumer prices in Ukraine remained stable in June, and in general from the beginning of the year they have grown by 0.2%, the State Statistics Service said on Friday.
According to the service, in annual terms - in relation to the same month in 2012 – deflation in June fell to 0.1% from 0.4% in May and 0.8% in April.
The service said that in June prices of foodstuff and soft drinks fell by 0.1%. The largest fall in the prices of 2.4-1.2% was registered for fruit, salo (pork fat), milk and eggs. The prices of grain products, sour cream, cheese, meat and meat products and sunflower oil were down by 0.8-0.3%.
