KIEV, Nov. 4 - Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) is planning to invest $7 mln - $8 mln in the reconstruction of Shostka dairy factory in Sumy region, Larysa Rudakova, the factory's director said at the second Ukrainian conference Dairy World ??“2005 in Kiev, Interfax-Ukraine reported.

She said the funds are to be funneled into the reconstruction of some production facilities, including a whey processing department, and the purchase of a third automated production line with a capacity of 15 tons per 24 hours. After the launch of the line, which is scheduled for 2006, the factory's cheese production capacity will grow by 43%, to 50 tons per 24 hours.
