KIEV, June 21 - Export-Import Bank of China has opened financing of the Air Express National Project, the State Agency for Investment and National Projects has reported, referring to its Head Vladyslav Kaskiv.

"The final goal of the realization of the project is its transfer to the concession of its privatization. Ernst & Young will help us to create a profit-making infrastructure facility," said Vladyslav Kaskiv, who heads the agency.
