KIEV, Nov. 3 - Ukraine and Moldova are working on a plan to build a power line that would help increase imports of Ukrainian electricity, Anatoliy Kinakh, top security advisor to President Viktor Yushchenko, said Thursday.
"This will be a good project that will not only ensure supplies of power to Moldova, but also to Romania and Bulgaria," Kinakh said in comments televised by the Ukrainian television. "This may become a part of an energy security plan for the European continent."
