KIEV, June 17 – The volume of industrial output in Ukraine fell by 9.3% in May compared to May 2012, which was a significantly worse decline than in previous months, the State Statistics Service said on Monday.

As a result, the fall in the industrial output over the first five months of 2013 accelerated to 5.2% from 4.2% in February-May, and 5% in March-May.

The service said that in May compared to April of this year, industrial output decreased by 5.6%.
