KIEV, June 13 – EnergoAtom is preparing a claim against transnational company Westinghouse regarding the damaged fuel assemblies supplied by the company, acting EnergoAtom legal director Hennadiy Barabash said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.

"Now, we're preparing materials for the claim against Westinghouse regarding four damaged fuel assemblies. Simultaneously a dialog at the level of technical specialists on the settling of the dispute continues," he said.
