KIEV, June 10 – The Justice Ministry has proposed the introduction of a new system for selling property seized by state enforcement officers, according to which from January 1, 2014 people will be able to sell and buy such property via a special online information system.

Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said that a new procedure for selling such property will foresee public bids and auctions via the Internet. In particular, people would be able to submit applications to take part in e-bids in electronic form, and the auctions themselves will be held via Internet, the ministry's press service reported on Monday.
