KIEV, June 4 – The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to create a financial and credit council to select projects that will receive government-secured loans, said MP Ihor Shvaika of the Svoboda Party, who was present at the meeting.

"The council will consist of five members – [First Deputy Prime Minister] Serhiy Arbuzov, [Finance Minister] Yuriy Kolobov, [Economic Development and Trade Minister] Ihor Prasolov, [NBU Governor] Ihor Sorkin and one of the vice premiers," the lawmaker said.
