KIEV, June 3 - Deutsche Bank and Ferrostaal Industrieanlagen (Germany), participating in the modernization of the Bar compressor station of the Soyuz trunk gas pipeline (Barsky district, Vinnytsia region), are considering participation in the further modernization of the Ukrainian gas transportation system , Deputy Naftogaz Ukrayiny Chairman Vadym Chuprun has said.

"Deutsche Bank and other companies, including Ferrostaal, do not mind taking up the entire volume of the modernization of the Ukrainian GTS. This is a large amount in the range of $5-7 billion, but much cheaper than the construction of bypass pipelines," he told reporters in Kiev on Monday.
