KIEV, June 1 - The text of a memorandum on deepening cooperation between Ukraine and the Eurasian Economic Commission was on the government portal on Saturday morning.

The document was signed in Minsk on May 31 by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and of the Eurasian Economic Commission Chairman Viktor Khristenko.
