KIEV, June 1 – The signing of a product sharing agreement on the Skyfske oil and gas field on the Black Sea Shelf and further cooperation between Nadra Ukrayiny and ExxonMobil were discussed at a meeting of Nadra Ukrayiny Chairman Viktor Ponomarenko with an ExxonMobil delegation headed by Division Manager Jeffrey Johnson on May 30, Nadra Ukrayiny reported.

Ecology and Natural Resources Minister Oleh Proskuriakov said in late April that the Cabinet of Minister expects that a PSA on the Skyfske oil and gas field on the Black Sea Shelf will be signed with a consortium of ExxonMobil, Shell, Petrom (Romania, subsidiary of Austria's OMV) and Nadra Ukrayiny by August.
