KIEV, May 31 – Zhytomyr District Administrative Court on May 29 canceled a decision of Zhytomyr Regional Council No. 801 of April 9 on a ban on extracting titanium and ilmenite ores on Zlobytske field by the state-owned Nadra Ukrayiny, the all-Ukrainian nationalistic association Freedom reported.

"Today, we what is in fact an illegal seizure of fields in Zhytomyr region. The all-Ukrainian nationalist association Svoboda opposes criminal schemes. We're confident that if Zhytomyr Regional Council files an appeal at the court of appeals, justice will take the side of the people. Otherwise, we'll have to call direct action rallies," the press service of the Zhytomyr organization reported, citing Head of the Svoboda regional association Sidor Kizin.
