By the start of winter, Odesa plans to commission three additional cogeneration units, each with a capacity of approximately 3 MW, as part of a decentralized generation project launched in spring 2023. The project envisions the installation of nine cogeneration units with a total capacity of 30 MW to support critical infrastructure, said Deputy Mayor Hanna Pozdniakova. "The project is underway," she said.
