The mining and metallurgical group Metinvest has faced a severe workforce shortage during the full-scale war and has adjusted its hiring strategies accordingly. The company has eliminated hiring competitions for vacant positions and shortened training periods, said Tetiana Petruk, Chief Sustainability Officer, during the HRD Club Ukraine meeting in Kyiv, focused on change management and HR's role during instability.
