KREMENCHUK, May 28 – Some $3 billion could be invested in building a Bilanivsky Mining quarry (Poltava region), Bilanivsky Mining Director General Robert Garrick told reporters.

He said that the social and ecological examination has been conducted and the project should be ready to start soon.
