KIEV, Nov. 1 ??“ Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Secretary Anatoliy Kinakh says Ukraine expects the United States to resume financing programs on the recycling of rocket fuel in Ukraine.

"We discussed some issues concerning the commitments made by the United States to help recycle, first and foremost, rocket fuel," Kinakh told the press following his meeting with members of the U.S. organization Business Executives for National Security in Kiev on Thursday, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
